A field asset types a sensitive message. It leaves the device as a stream of everyday phrases, indistinguishable from normal traffic. The receiver, holding the shared key, decodes it back exactly. No visible encryption, no physical codebook, no server — this whole tool runs on your device.
The key comes from the passphrase, the recipient, and a 15-minute window, so it rotates on its own and each recipient sees different cover.
Generating cover fills this automatically. The phrases must arrive exactly; a wrong key or an altered message yields nothing.
A language model generates the dictionary of casual phrases, once per session.
A seeded generator maps the message onto phrases — deterministic, so it decodes back exactly.
Keys rotate every 15 minutes and differ per recipient. One captured key reveals no other channel.
